The problem: a national logistics company processing jobs across 4 enterprise clients — EFEX, AXUS, Evolved Digital, Fuji Solutions — was managing everything in spreadsheets and email threads. Booking forms arrived as DOCX attachments. Jobs got missed.
The solution: a full CRM built from scratch. The system polls client email inboxes every 15 minutes, parses DOCX booking forms automatically, and creates jobs without human input. Each job tracks type, client, status, scheduled date, and assigned driver.
The ops view gives the team a Kanban board, calendar, and billing dashboard in one place. $62,146 in open billing tracked live across 4 active clients. 31 open jobs managed simultaneously.
The mobile driver view lets field teams update job status, upload AOD sign-offs, and navigate to delivery addresses from their phones — no laptop required on the road.
